- Do I need to reach my goal to keep the money?
- No. Every naira donated is yours to withdraw as it comes in, whether you reach your goal or not. The goal is a target you set for donors, not a condition.
- How quickly can I withdraw?
- Request a withdrawal with your account details and a person on the team sends it. Naira donations settle immediately, so you are not waiting on a clearing period.
- Can people abroad donate?
- Yes. Donors outside Nigeria can pay by card in their own currency. You are still paid out in naira, and the conversion rate and fee are shown before they confirm.
- What happens if a campaign turns out to be fraudulent?
- Funds sit with KudiRaise rather than moving to the organiser instantly, which gives us a window to investigate reports before money moves. Campaigns we cannot stand behind are stopped and donations are refunded.
- Can I raise money for someone else?
- Yes, and this is common. You name the beneficiary when you create the campaign. For medical and emergency campaigns we ask for supporting documents so donors can see the need was checked.
